Célia is a senior consultant in the Paris office. She supports SMEs, corporates, and trade associations in defining and implementing their public affairs strategies, particularly in the fields of agriculture, distribution, and construction.

Prior to joining EURALIA, she was Public Affairs Manager at Edenred France, and supported companies in the energy, mobility, digital and payment sectors as a consultant in another public affairs agency. She has also worked at the French National Assembly and in local, national, and European trade associations.

Célia holds a bachelor’s degree from ILERI (School of International Relations) and a master’s degree in public affairs from Sciences Po Bordeaux.

She speaks French and English.
